Payment MUST be made in advance by card. VAT invoices will be issued.
If you are taking payments via Sumup, we can only support Sumup devices connecting via Bluetooth to your phone.
If you don't specify the stand number where you want the service when booking or at least 2 weeks before the event we will use the first entry for the stand on the official list of stand numbers and supply the service there (changes after this will result in a charge of £150).
Discounted prices online only up to Monday 7th September 2026! It may not be possible to fulfil bookings after this date and a surcharge may apply.
